Covid 19 Protocol
2020 has been quite a year. The Covid 19 pandemic has meant that we have all had to consider the way that we do business.
As many of my clients know I like to provide a high level of customer service and I like to consider what works for each dog and each client. There is no "one size fits all". Each dog has different needs and so what we do can differ from dog to dog. Due to Covid 19 new procedures are in place.

As many of my clients know I like to provide a high level of customer service and I like to consider what works for each dog and each client. There is no "one size fits all". Each dog has different needs and so what we do can differ from dog to dog. Due to Covid 19 new procedures are in place.
If you are at home:
- Before accessing and after leaving your house I will always apply hand sanitiser or use gloves and mask.
- I will advise you when we are 5 mins away to ask you to prepare your dog(s) for collection.
- I will make arrangements for you to place your dog in a room of the house I can access from an external door (if possible).
- I will be using my own lead(s), which will be washed daily.
- Upon returning your dog, I will place them back in the same room accessible from an external door and message you to advise your dog has been returned safely.
- I would advise you to use pet safe wipes to remove any potential germs from the dogs before bringing them into the rest of the house.
If you are not at home:
- Before accessing and after leaving your house I will always apply hand sanitiser
- I will access your property as normal, wearing face coverings and gloves to collect your dog using my own leads and the same when dropping your dog off.
- If you or any one in your family have or have suspected Covid-19, I can still help you with walking, but I will walk your dog away from other dogs on a solo walk and will need to take additional measures to manage the risk on a per customer basis.
